"We had a big kitchen remodel with layout changes, so we were a bit nervous at first. Ron made the process a lot easier than expected. He coordinated everything and made sure each step was done properly before moving on. The workmanship is solid, and the finishes look high-end. We?re really happy we chose Ocean Seven Builders!"

"Joshua is great! I purchased the toilets at Home Depot and arranged for Joshua to pick them up. Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."

"Gary Tracht and his crew, Candido Marin and Abelardo Portillo, spent much of the last 16 months on a massive renovation of my two-unit home on Vesta Street in San Francisco. We initially hoped the task was limited to a termite problem in a front bedroom on the second of three stories on our home so got a simple, over-the-counter permit for repairs. But the termites had gone through the siding down into the front and south sides of the house and into two bedrooms on the ground level. Worse, Covid restrictions came into place and the City tried to shut down our renovations as "non-essential." All this with a mean rain season the first year and leaks to contain. Gary, Candido, and Abelardo had to carve off the whole front off the home and the whole south side to repair the damage, and they found a weak foundation on the front half of this historic two-unit building, which had to be re-poured and placed. Gary enlisted Kevin O'Connor, Inc to do engineering plans and pull additional permits as the City evolved into a new nightmare, on-line permitting process, which Kevin learned and navigated like the pro engineer he is. The building was carved out down to the dirt, a foundation poured, and four bedrooms re-framed, hardwood floors lovingly installed, custom stucco on the front and Hardiplank siding on the south wall, stair replacement, etc. They are very good with drywall and base molding replacements. The finish on those walls is smooth and perfect. Your eyes are happy to travel over the new paint, onto the base moldings and around closets and windows trims. A renovation at this scale is complex, and included electrical permit/inspection etc. Colm at Graham Plastering was the contractor (whom my family has used three times) placing tinted stucco on the face of the building that resembles marble! We got final on time for the whole job this month. Also, this job was cost effective and so was Kevin O'Conner, Inc (whom I have put onto additional, well performed work as I am an insurance adjuster)."

"The whole process went well. It started with creative design sessions and then the two projects both were completed within about a week of their target dates and neither project came even a nickel above the agreed to budget. No added on charges for anything on either project. I highly recommend Yuri and his team."

"Matt did a thorough and thoughtful job, improving our simple design and building it quickly. He discovered a leaky window above the deck, and replaced the window and repaired the water damaged wall. All in all, we were very happy!"

"Cash, at Christensen Construction did a complete demolition of an existing, old and unlevel, sinking, deck. It was probably 30 years old, or more, with dry rot and poor, disintegrating infrastructure. He did an excellent job at designing and structurally stabilizing and reinforcing all that was needed. He completely and correctly, built, rebuilt, replaced, the whole deck structure from ground up and decking. Approximately 3' tall, Approximately 8' × 21' He then topped off, finished, the deck structure, with new TREX Decking material. With hidden fasteners that give it a clean look. He also completely replaced some stairs. With new stairs, that he built. The new stairs drop off the deck to the yard, an unlevel yard. And the stairs are very professionally built . He tied the new deck and the stairs into the older home, just right, looks Great! It is now a beautiful, new, Level, Safe, Sturdy Deck. Very thankful to have found him, met him. He is a very nice, polite, courteous, punctual man. Always on time, great communication skills !"
