I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

We had very weird closets in the room so they built a large walk in closet while keeping doors for the other closets so we still had storage. They installed a Mr. Slim heating/ac unit which works fantastic. They did all the painting and trim work for us as well. The did an amazing job. They had a key to our house and I never felt worried about them being in our house while we weren't home. They were there in our house alone for two weeks plus. Everything we wanted fixed they did without any issues. The best part there was absolutely NO PRESSURE! Corey gives you the most detailed estimate you will ever see and breaks the pricing down for possible add-ons. If you don't add them on no problem. He works with your budget.
