Terrence and Chris did an incredible job on the total remodel which included the shower, whirlpool tub, vanity, toilet and tile as well as plumbing and electrical. It was great to have "One Stop Shopping" with T&J Construction. Terrence also gave me some great ideas to make my master bathroom more functional and roomy. Terrence and Chris were on time every day and very clean and respectful during construction. As for cost, T&J was very reasonable for the work being done and worth every penny. "As a DYI, I am reluctant to hire contractors however the scope of my home project was well beyond a one man show. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

"They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor.  Fantastic to work with.  Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured.  2nd project:  I had 4 other contractors bid.  I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes.  They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid.  They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."
