"Had huge foundation problems at a project of mine on the waterfront. We used terrafirma to both waterproof the entire basement AND lift the foundation. 10/10 would recommend. extremely communicative, very knowledgeable, and even brought a crew in from Oregon to help us stay on schedule. Oscar and jorge got the job done extremely quickly and Seth was fantastic as my project manager."

"Fixed my foundation. Thank you"

"Removed old fiberglass insulation that at one time was rodent infested. Removed old plastic ground cover sheeting. Installed new ground cover black plastic sheeting and new fiberglass insulation. This was in the basement crawl space in my 9-unit apartment building. Very satisfied with the work - they were very responsive to some follow up work - would definitely recommend ."

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him."

"The workers were on time. Very efficient. They did a blower door test and found the air leaks and insulated these areas. Blew installation above the garage, cleaned out the crawl space and put new installation there and basement. Found a water leak from my toilet,Thank goodness. Covered everything in the basement and swept and cleaned up after. I would recommend them!"

"We've had a handful of unsatisfying contractor experiences, so we tend to be a bit skeptical but our experience with Terra Firma set a new bar for us. Highly professional from start to finish. Initial consult was thorough, and didn't add on anything we didn't ask for or need. When they were working at the house the crew was prompt, professional, left the jobsite clean each day. Final result was exactly what we were expecting. Worth the investment, don't go with the lowest bidder on your foundation, it's not worth it. Thank you Terra Firma crew!"
