"This sewer line project required a few days from camera work to excavation, replacement of pipe, installation of an additional clean-out, backfill and clean up of not only our excavation area, but consideration of our neighbor's shrub close to the work area. Chris and Ryne, the company supervisors/representatives, provided knowledgable and detailed information prior to, during and upon completion of the work. They were professional and exceptionally courteous in person, to our neighbors, and over the phone. This was especially important as one of us was out of state during the project, and the other had to leave early for another trip out of state. That meant the final inspections and details were handled by the guys for us. Excellent work, start to finish!"

"Our downstairs toilet, shower and sinks were backing up. We called Drain Pro and they arrived shortly after to look at the problem. They scoped the sewer line with a camera and found a big blockage that was caused by roots. They were able to clear the blockage. Everything is now working great. We will have them back in the future to re pipe the area where the roots have started coming thru. This company is great!!!"

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"I spoke to Danika Plumbing at 8:30am re: replacing my broken HWT& Dustin & his coworker (wish I remembered his name) were at my home at 1:30. It turned out to be a complicated replacement due to the previous bad installation. The space was tight so they needed to retrieve a different HWT than they had in their truck & I'm extremely happy with it. Dustin also custom reconstructed all the venting to the furnace & sealed it properly as well as created attachments to the wall which it previously didn't have. All in all, this was not just a standard replacement & took much longer than expected but Dustin & co-worker handled it efficiently & with skill. They really care that it is all done right.
