"My request for an HVAC system through Homeadvisor was very clear. The home does not have an existing furnace or ductwork. When the salesperson called, I explained that the home needed a furnace and ductwork. The agent said no problem we can handle that. Unfortunately, the sales agent that came today informed us that the company does not do new ductwork installation. They only perform repairs or replace furnaces. He did offer a mini-split solution, which isn't viable for our home due to power outages. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future.
