"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"I have lived in my home for over 23 years and have used several different Heating and Air companies thru the years... I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. That is when I found American Family HVAC and started to read their reviews.. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. I was really looking for an A/C furnace company that I could count on and use regularly. Not only was the repair gentleman that came out, on time and very thorough and professional but he spent a long time and I feel that I received the most thorough tune up that I have ever had. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"Excellent central AC repair service! The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it professionally, and had my system cooling perfectly again. Great experience from start to finish."

"After 4 hot days with no cooling from my A/C system, it was a welcome relief to know within 20 minutes that the issue was likely a malfunctioning part (which Kevin showed me). He kept me well informed during the entire visit and was quite professional in his conversations and handling of the problem. And he remained on site until he was sure everything was working correctly. I would love to have him back for all my repair needs!"

"I was so happy with Mr. Duct service! From the first contact person I talked with to the person who performed the cleaning at the house, everyone provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job cleaning the ducts. I will certainly use this service again. Thank you for all you did for us. "

"Great. I was able to schedule the service call within a couple of days and the repair man arrived within the time window and was able to find the problem and make the repair within an hour. It was a clogged drain tubing that had to be excised and repaired. I also saved 15% by mentioning that I used Angie’s List to find them."

"I called them for central A/C repair and furnace servicing, and they exceeded my expectations. The team quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed everything without delay. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs."

"I got to say I'm extremely satisfied with the overall service. Communication with staff via text, email and with service tech in person was impressive. From the first service call the service staff helped ease my anxiety by explaining the next steps in the process along the way. Thank you for your professionalism and being there for my Family. Ray"

"R&J Preventative Maintenance responded immediately (on a Sunday!) and they had someone out the next morning to diagnose and repair the issue with our 2005 beverage fridge! We did not want to replace it and he had the parts with him and was able to repair! Amazing! (He also serviced our Sub-zero fridge!) We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!"

"We were experiencing problems with our central air conditioning unit. It was running, however, it did not cool the condo fast enough. The Four Seasons Technicians arrived on time, very professional, thorough explanation of what was wrong with the unit, and provided solutions on how to fix the unit. He was very helpful in helping me negotiate for a new coil and A/C unit. He was dressed in protective covering during COIVD-19. I would use Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning again. I was very happy with their service."
