"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Prompt, clean, efficient technician and service. Communications are with the owner. Everyone was friendly and professional. In short, I couldn't be happier with the repairs they made to my heat pump, and I will certainly call them in the future if needed. BTW, their charges are QUITE reasonable! My thanks to Dwayne and Dustin."

"Jeff and Ron were thorough, efficient and friendly! We were very happy with the service we received from them, we will definitely call them back should the need arise! Thanks guys for all your help!"

"I called yesterday evening and had someone arrive within 15 hrs to evaluate my 16 yr old a/c system that had failed. Parts ordered and cold air blowing within 36 hrs. Great customer service and timing!!"

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"David was an excellent service man."
