"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Shaun was not only on time, but was early. He was extremely personable and professional. He gave my basement a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. We then went outside to look at the foundation and the areas around the basement windows (my area of concern). Shaun pointed out some problems, explained how he would remedy the situation, and then provided a written estimate. He answered all of my questions and left me with the estimate and no pressure to book today. 
I appreciated his demeanor, candor, and professionalism. I appreciate the time he took answering my questions and addressing my concerns. While I didn't book today, I have a feeling that once I get a few other ducks in a row I will be calling him in regards to performing the work talked about.
