"They were on time and very professional! We have dogs and we needed to be called prior and they accommodated us. If ever I need the same services I will be calling Flood Solutions"

"I had a great experience with this company. This is my 4th time using them and I always receive exceptional customer service. When I call, they come same day or next day without fail. They have fixed my clogged toilet, installed a water pressure valve and replaced the garbage disposal. Everything continues to work great! He even showed me how to troubleshoot the garbage disposal if it malfunctions again. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them."

"1st This company came to my home very quickly to address my flood issues. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the service, the process and how to proceed. 2nd I had to have my household items removed from the house to a storage facility. This company handled the issue from beginning to end. After my home repairs were address, they returned my items to me from the storage facility in excellent condition and place the item exactly as I requested. ***Do not hesitate to use there services.***"

"Thank you so much for a professional and efficient job! We had a flood in our basement and needed to have our carpet cleaned. Eco Pro cleaned the back of the carpet before it was put back in place. After the carpet was re-installed, they came back to do a complete cleaning of the entire basement carpeting. We put this carpeting in pretty recently, and Eco Pro saved us from needing to replace it. The carpet looks amazing and we are so happy to finally have our basement back!"

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"It went great. Jon and Joe were fantastic, as were the guys who did the remediation. There was a ton of mold under the trim around our master closet door, and they identified the source of the problem (warm humid air getting into the wall cavity from the crawl space over the garage adjacent to our closet, and condensing when it hit the back of the cool, room temperature trim around the door). Jon was very knowledgeable when he came out initially, setting our minds at ease about the problem, the source, and the severity of the problem (he was not alarmist at all and did not try to sell me any work/services that were not necessary). They arrived promptly at 8:30am as promised, sealed off all areas outside the work area, and got everything removed/cleaned, and patched up. They also showed me a picture of the work they did in the crawl space over the garage, which will stop the problem from recurring. Then they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. And they were friendly and polite through the whole job. They not only stopped the air from getting in from the garage, but they also sealed up the door frame to make sure no more air can possibly get through to the original area and start causing the problem again. When the work turned out not to require as much drywall removal as initially projected in the estimate (there was no way to know without getting in there and looking as the job started), they adjusted the price downward without us even raising the issue. This is a super honest company. I will definitely be recommending Mold Gone to friends and family, and will use them in the future (though I hope I don't have to)."

"I love my basement now! They removed all of the asbestos flooring, adhesive etc. and installed my new floor in 2 days. The employees were very respectful and worked efficiently. They had said 3 days but they hustled and did it in 2."

"I am in the commercial construction business, found this vendor through Angie's List... Recently my in-laws' had their entire basement flooded, yes, 9' HIGH OF STORM WATER filled to the ceiling, completely ruined a finished basement, HVAC, electrical panel, etc. Armor Restoration gave us a competitive price, and both Norman and Bob were very responsive to our requests, very service-oriented. Armor was prepared to mobilize and git-r-done. They brought out two crews to hand-fill (two!) 30-cubic-yard dumpsters full of ruined stuff and materials. They helped us sort through salvageable personal items, and gave us great advice on just about everything we had questions about. Before they started, the basement was beyond awful smelling (some sewage waste got in too) and making the rest of the house smell too. In two days of working, removal was done, basement was stripped to bare concrete, cleaned, treated with anti-microbial spray, and smelled very clean. Incredible. The workers were all very professional, courteous and took great care to protect the pathway in-out of the basement, which was through the front door. If I had my house flooded, or smoke-damaged, I would hire Armor Restoration in a hot minute. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks again for being awesome."
