"I emailed Harvey about coming out to check out some leaks under my bathroom sink. I took pics of the pipes and sent it to him, so he could have an idea of the problem. He came out within a few days and said that the vanity that was recently installed (by someone else) was leaking in two places. The faucet was not sealed properly on the sink and one of the pipes was not replaced along with the others. He wrote down what I needed and I went to Home Depot to pick up the part to save time while he pulled the vanity from the wall. He replaced the leaky pipe and trap, tightened everything, sealed the faucet, and reinstalled the vanity in a little over an hour. There are no leaks and the vanity looks great! Harvey also inspected some old pipes in my basement and we discussed some future upgrades to prevent problems down the line. Much appreciated.
 In addition, I called Harvey about a clog in my kitchen sink early this morning. He picked up the phone right away and gave me some tips on unclogging it myself and it worked. It was an easy fix. Thanks Harvey! I would definitely use him again.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
