"Jeff is very nice professional handy man. He came about an hour after I called and did all the work promptly. Not only he fixed the reel out of track problem, he also replaced a few brackets and bolts to secure the tracks without extra charges. He also fixed my on wall control panel lights off problem which existed since we had the garage door opener installed. And per my request he quickly setup the outside keyless entry panel for me which we tried so many times according the instruction on the control without success. Any how, this is the first time I met him and very impressed by his outstanding work. Highly recommend him and will refer him to my neighbors or friends who need garage door work. "Tom did a pre-inspection of the garage door issue I was having and thoroughly discussed the options. He is very knowledgeable and safety aware. The thing that stood out the most was that he came prepared. He fixed my garage door opener hanginging fixture that held the motor unit to the ceiling. He also reseated the garage door spring onto the wall in a more secure spot safely. He checked the alignment and greased the rollers so the garage door rolled smoothly. Overall I'm happy that I called him."
