Total time under 1 hour. New part was loud and disturbing me plus water was leaking from the humidifier. Out within 2 hrs-they do appointments geographically which is more efficient. PVC drainage pipe was accidently knocked off, fixed plus inspected filter which I didn't know needs to be changed every year. Diagnosed noise as the new unit breaking in, got it quiet enough for comfort. DEFINITELY would hire again and recommend."
