"I am amazed. They showed up thirty minutes after I submitted a request for help on Angi, on a Saturday afternoon nonetheless, to clear a gnarly sink blockage. They were professional, very courteous and efficient. They cleared a drain blockage we had in the kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal in quick order. Highly recommended! I will be using them again in the future. Thanks Drain Surgeons"

"I had a lot of questions before I made an appt and Steve answered every one of them in detail.  I made the appt and Eric arrived, on time, to install.  He first tested the water for hardness and chlorine, then installed the units.  He ran the drain pipe about 4 to 5 ft into the ground, then primed it to make sure the drain water would dissipate properly when draining.  He set the controls for our water then re-tested the water to make sure the system was working properly.  He answered my numerous quesions about the system, including the best type of salt to use, when to fill, etc, etc, etc.  I had a few more questions after Eric left, so I called Steve and he answered them all, again, in excellent detail.  Steve then followed-up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything was working properly.  We've only had the system installed for 4 days, but it seems to be an excellent quality system for a more than fair price.  Dealing with Filtration Direct was an excellent experience.

"Ray did an amazing job, and was very thorough in making sure all my questions were answered. He was able to complete the job in a timely fashion, all while being very professional. I highly recommend him for your plumbing services."

"Very reliable and efficient. I was very pleased with their work performance. Their cost was very reasonable."

"Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot;
When a friend's a/c stopped working and he couldn't get anyone to come to his house any sooner than 2 days out, I suggested that he call Hurm, based on my good experience. Not only was Hurm there within a few hours, they fixed the problem for less than another company had quoted.
Overall, they are an honest and professionally managed company. They won't do unnecessary work to drive up your bill. I highly recommend them.

"They were kind and professional, however, they said it was the faucet so we bought a new one. That did not solve the problem. It looks like it is something major in the lines of the house. Still working on locating the problem. I do not blame them. $150.00 for nothing."
