"Eric moved a junction box in my attic and installed a new ventilation fan in our bathroom. He was prompt to respond to my request, did great work, and cleaned up all areas afterwards. Price was great as well. I will hire him again."

"Jesse to the rescue! I had called 3 other electricians but because the job was small, no one had the courtesy to return my call. Jessie texted me and we set up a time to have a thermostat upgraded. He arrived on time and got right to work - unfortunately, the programmable thermostat I purchased was the wrong one! Jesse drove to Home Depot, found the right one, came back and installed it quickly. He offered to program it for me (that I could do). He has a great customer service ethic, going out of his way to make sure the job is done correctly. Highly recommend him - no job is too small!"

"Don is by far the best contractor with whom we have ever worked. We have a history of bad experiences with other contractors over the years in NH, particularly around communication—not showing up when they say that would, not hearing anything for days, not returning calls, and having the final steps drawn out for extended periods. Don, on the other hand, was very calm, reliable (very important for me), competent and accommodating during the stress of living with construction for several weeks while trying also to maintain COVID isolation. Under these conditions, we could not have asked for a better, more organized or competent contractor. He always followed through, kept us informed when issues arose, and was easy to communicate with, as the project extended for several weeks. Don scheduled his time so that he could focus on our project and get it done according to the plan. He worked with us around delays that were not his fault—at one point we had to quarantine when our grandson was exposed, and twice the granite countertops we ordered were broken delaying the final installation. Although these were not Don’s fault, he went out of his way to minimize the delay when the work would be finalized. Don and his crew were quiet, cleaned up after each day, easy to communicate with and competent. Don also accommodated a couple of small, extra projects that emerged as we saw what the new addition would look like. I cannot recommend Handyman911 high enough. We are already planning to have him back for some other work when we return to NH next summer."

"EXCELLENT - our go to person from now on - he is very trustworthy - would leave him in our home alone - works continuously (does not leave house 3-4 times to get supplies or coffee) HE WORKS!!!!! We are passing around his name/business card to ALL of our neighbors. Our next project will be done by Andy. His work and pricing cannot be beat! Paul and Heidi Ricci Salem, NH"
