"I was impressed with CSI from the very beginning. The person that I spoke to on the phone who set up the inspections of our home was professional and pleasant to talk to. When I requested Barry as the inspected, she was quick to let me know his availability times and from knowing that I was able to select a time that worked best for the builder and the inspector. Barry called us the day of the inspection just to clarify the time and location. After the inspection was done, Barry notified me that he would be sending a print out of the inspection. The notes from the inspection were clear and understandable for a layman. The notes also allowed us to go over with the builder any concerns we had about the house. "On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

"Called and left a message after hours, they called first thing the next morning. They had other jobs in front of ours that ran a little late, but they were able to come that same day. They had a motorized snake that they ran to unclog to drain.

"They sent their service tech out,and they came up with a solution unfortunately it did not hold, The tech he was pretty knowledgeable was prepared ahead of time for the repair. Took about a week for them to come out. They were courteous and said that is all they could do when they could not figure out the problem"
