Their service is good. We have had a couple of post install issues (these things happen in hugely complex systems, no knocking them there) and ultimately they have gotten them all squared away. The only downside is that they seem quite busy, so arranging timely service calls has been less than stellar. For the cost, I would expect a more responsive service department. In all, we're very happy with our new combi unit!"
