"The technician showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process for installing the garage door opener.  The initial installation of the garage door went well.  However, upon the completion of the installation the technician proceeded to demonstrate the operation of the door when a malfunction of the garage opener occurred resulting in damage to my new garage door.  The technician immediately notified his supervisor who quickly acknowledged responsibility for this mishap.  I was informed as to the reliability of this particular garage door opener and this unfortunate incident had never occurred in the past. "ABC Garage Repair is TOP NOTCH!  I have 2 garage doors and both of the auto openers were old and needed replacement.  I emailed 3 of Angie's List "A" rated companies and Jesse from ABC was the ONLY ONE to respond to my inquiry.  They got the business based solely on that.  Confirmed an appointment w/in 3 days of initial contact.  The installer was friendly, informative and timely.  Replaced both openers and put in a exterior key pad but the rollers were old and although the doors opened they were loud and the garage doors needed a tune up.  Scheduled ABC for the tune up  the next day and another tech came out - same story, on time, friendly, experienced and walked through everything.  I received a little discount on the tune up since we had just spent a lot on the openers.  Great service.  Roller/Tune up made a huge difference and it's amazing what a difference.  GREAT SERVICE!  I would recommend ABC to friends, clients and Angie's listers!

"I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."
