Mike Sayer, not a sales guy, came out to my home and spent a good 90 minutes or so going through all of the features of the various types of windows they sell. He was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. In contrast to other salespeople, he told me who manufactures their windows, was very upfront (no bashing the competitors), had a low price, and brought copies of all licenses and certifications. Installation was postponed due to blizzards but they came out on a Saturday to install. Very polite, cleaned up well, great job"
