"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"They did okay.  It was a reasonable job.  I added some extra, I had some drywall repair done.  The scheduling was too much of a difficulty.  We had to go over the one patch twice.  It was an excellent price.  I would not use them in the future since they had to redo that one patch. "
