"Back in August, my 3 rental homes all had to be re-piped, with new water heaters put in and 320' of gas lines dug across the property. After I spent the past 5 nights freezing in 30 degree weather, Robert arrived today knowing that I was pretty upset over learning about this oversight in November. Yet he remained very calm and professional throughout the process as he resolved the issues with each unit and ultimately redeemed the company's reputation in my mind. I also learned that Robert was a new hire but he had years of experience under his belt with the perfect disposition for this type of work.
