"Jeff came out the next day and quickly determined the problem. This fixture had been improperly installed when the house was built several years ago. The light weighing 30 or so pounds was literally hanging by it's wiring. He removed the fixture and replaced the box structure to make it secure. He then reconnected and rehung the fixture. He did it all quickly without any damage to the ceiling.
This is the second time I have used Jeff. Previously he installed an attic fan. I would not hesitate using him again. He is an efficient no nonsense professional.

"Doug and his team did an excellent job on my kitchen! My kitchen was very old and hadn't been remodeled in a very long time. Doug and his team took out all the old paneling (including the plaster behind it), and installed drywall, new flooring, new countertops, and new sink. He even took the time to install baseboards, window and door trim that matched the rest of the house. All for a very low price! Would definitely call him for other projects."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
