"He replaced a kitchen faucet for me. It was a tough job because of the cramped space and a large garbage disposal blocking access to the pipes. He also persuaded me to have him put in a new main water shut off valve to take the place of a balky old one. He does excellent work and charges fair prices. He's also a really nice guy, although a bit talkative."
