They spent a bunch of their effort telling us why the original person who wired this newly built custom home was a moron for this, that and the next thing. Meanwhile, I smoked an outlet and just needed some upgraded stuff. Long story short. Ellis comes in with no BS and a fair price. In one hour, he had every corrected and put in two new switches.
