"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Their roof repair services go beyond any industry standards. Having to deal with many contractors, we as property management company have found peace of mind when it comes to such services. Ari and Elijah is exceptional and efficient. They have helped several times to fix many of roof leaks in the building we manage. We always thank their hard work."

"Rosell Home went beyond the scope of my expectations on the extensive remodel of my home. There were walls that needed to be removed for an open floor plan and all required city permits were scheduled and approved in a timely manner. They made recommendations that enhanced the end result and stayed within budget and their timeline."

"Travis was extremely professional and did an amazing job when building my retaining wall and has an incredible eye for detail! His work won’t disappoint!"

"American Pro-Scapes is my Go-To for any outdoor jobs that are too much for me to handle alone. Nathan is probably the most capable and caring contractor that I’ve ever met, and he is on top of every aspect - keeping everything managed and completed as discussed. Really a pleasure to work with him and his entire team. Just top-notch, old-school work ethic coupled with experienced skill. Love these guys. Cannot give anything but the highest possible recommendation. Retired U.S. Navy Commander"

"They quickly assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and were very proficient and professional. My condo unit was under contract and a water leak caused by another unit needed to be repaired asap and they did it. Also kept me well informed."
