"Excellent service and quality of work"

"The repairman was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. We called for emergency help as the heater failed to come on, on a cold Sunday. He arrived within an hour. He quickly identified and repaired the issue. I recommend their service to all."

"Our heat came back on and therefore we didn't need the service at this time. However, they called us right away and were willing to come out on a Saturday to at least look at the problem. Professional Service."

"Service repairman was courtesy, and knowledgeable."

"I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain all my options, helped me choose the right system for my home, and answered every question clearly. The installation was completed on schedule, and the crew kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. The system runs quietly and has already made a huge difference in comfort and energy efficiency. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install or replace their HVAC system. Excellent service, fair pricing, and top-quality workmanship!"

"I have a dual zone system and the air handler/heat pump unit on the 2nd floor was blowing hot air. I immediately looked up HVAC service in the Bel Air area and came upon Comfort Air. I initially chose this company based on the good reviews. I was told by the technician that based on the age of the unit and problem it was more cost effective to replace the unit instead of making a temporary fix. I agreed and after entertaining some estimates I chose Comfort Air. We negotiated a very reasonable price along with a quality unit. The installers were very professional and completed the work in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any Heat and Air Conditioning needs."

"We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"

"Not well. After lots of discussion examination, etc. Repairs were suggested but no definitive quote provided. Instead they recommended replacing the whole system at the cost of $28,000 plus!"

"We had a great experience! The owner was honest and forthcoming, fair on pricing, and punctual. The guys worked hard and got everything done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that is looking for an HVAC contractor who knows what they are doing."

"They replaced everything for me. They did an excellent job. Great price. I highly recommend them."
