Also worth noting that he had deep knowledge of the more advanced hybrid heat pump water heater system I was installing- many others I called did not know what I was even talking about when I described the unit to them."

"Called this Co. late at night expecting to leave a message only to speak with the owner, Bob. He said someone would be out the next day and lo and behold. I had a message left at 9 AM. I called back. He was at my home within a half hour. Ryan came out directly and noticed it. The Fossett did not need replaced. It was a simple fix of Tightening a nut :-) Iâ m sure any other company would have replaced that part and charge me an arm and Leg. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"
