"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. I will be scheduling my routine maintenance with him for the summer and winter. Iâ  m so happy I finally found an AC technician I can rely on. I highly recommend him."

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Excellent and expeditious service when most needed"

"I spoke to Ray the owner on the phone and he was friendly, professional, and patient. He got a man out to service our central AC very quickly. The service technician Andrew was also helpful and friendly. The diagnosed the problem, gave me the price, and then fixed it. They were both very helpful and I highly recommend them."

"My central A/C return in the attic had a clog and Challenger, which is the best Heating and Air Conditioning Corporation in the Universe, came over a day early and so fast and fixed the clog in the A/C return right away. I love this company. My wife, Debra Jean keeps saying she's a Challenger girl for life and she means it. And the costs are so reasonable and I can't thank you enough for coming over a day early to literally save our lives. If you are in the area where Challenger works, look no further, call them. They are wonderful beyond belief."

"Good communication, tech letâ s you know of other services you would benefit from but donâ t push you to add them on if you donâ t want to. The service tech did a great job, and didnâ t rush it so that it was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them."

"Another great service from GOOD TIDINGS. Steve and his assistant came in and explained thoroughly the job that needed to be done and offered great advice for preventative maintenance. They replaced my rear outdoor faucet , shutoff valve handle , and heating system tune up. Don’t hesitate to use this great company."

"Brian, the service tech. was prompt and knew his skills. He repaired my water heater in adequate time and was both kind and understand to the situation. The back office customer service ladies were WONDERFUL...ALL were friendly, welcoming, and managed to offer a service time that was the best for both parties. Thank You ALL for your kindness...:-)"
