"CNM did a fabulous job. We had had a flood in our bathroom and the entire room had to be replaced. We were out of town and we hired Matt and Jose from CNM on the recommendation of a friend. We did not meet them in person until the end of the job. We communicated via text,email and phone. Our building is 100 years old so major upgrading was required and it had to be updated to match NYC building codes. CNM helped navigate us through getting the required permits. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual.
