He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."

We called Bow Heating, and Bill came out and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issue. He figured it out, and went above and beyond repairing it. "I had a virtual phone appointment with Ben Liebenow on July 14, 2022. He never called. Their dispatcher sent me an email indicating he got busy and would call the following day. He didn't call that day either. A week later, I requested a quote through Roof Maxx website and unfortunately his firm was selected to quote. He called me, left a VM, never acknowledged he stood me up July 14th, but wanted to talk. I called back the following day, he was busy and said he'd call me within an hour. Didn't call back until 6 hours later, left a VM, still not acknowledging he screwed up, again, by not keeping his word and calling within an hour, but left a message to call him back. A professional keeps appointments and keeps his word. I'd still like a quote but am not going to go through this VM tag business with him again. I set aside a time July 14th for him and he not only blew it, but didn't have the professionalism to own his part."
