A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "Great! We had windows and door installed few weeks prior. However, when we went to use our screen door the other day, we noticed it was jammed and hard to move when we tried it. We weren't sure if our dog or child caused that, however, and we called them to come check it out. Josh came over and fixed it great. Turns out, some tension screw things at the top of the screen door were not originally set correctly (but the bottom ones were), and it is something that is easy for even experienced install techs to overlook. Total time from getting here to fixing was about 10 minutes. We also appreciate them for coming out during social distancing times, as, in my opinion, screen doors are not essential services. Thanks,"
