"John was friendly, super efficient, and did a great job on our bricks."

"Contacted me right away, gave me a preliminary estimate over the phone. Showed up on time for his appointment and inspection, gave me a final estimate. Told me about other thing that should/could be done at a later date. Completed the work at the time he expected and cleaned up everything. I could not have expected anything better!"

"Patio project was completed in a timely manner, and all work was done perfectly and as requested. Sam and his crew were very professional, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely hire this company again and I highly recommend them."

Universal Windows Direct was founded in April of 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

"Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."

"In my experience, there is nothing not to like about this company! Ricky Lane, the owner, came to our house in Durham to estimate the need and cost. He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."

"Trevor replaced the screen on our back porch. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with it."

"Hard working -- did a great job installing drains in our yard."

"It went quite well.  The owner of the company, Mr Rick Schooler, was courteous and personable.  He offered me the veteran's discount without my having to request it.  He showed up to begin the work when he said he would, and completed the job on time.  I especially appreciate the fact that he used enough men to finish the job in one day. "

"I've used GHP for a few jobs and they have proven to be cost efficient, do great work and are very professional. I would use them again!"
