"Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Does excellent work and take pride in doing the job correctly. Pricing met my budget, and plan to have them replace my second unit later this year. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced or replaced. Thoroughly satisfied."

"If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, communicative company to repair your central air unit then do not hesitate calling Williams Heating and Air, LLC. The company is legit!! After several other companies misdiagnosed the problem or presented excuses why the work couldn't be done, the Williams team came in, in less than 24 hours from the initial communication, diagnosed the problem that same day, ordered the part (s) needed for the repair and had my central air unit up and running the following day. (Blowing a cold 54 degrees) Thank you Williams Heating and Air, LLC. A true professional team who truly cares about their customers."

"THe service went fine and the tech was professional. I paid more than I should have for the service. That is on me. I cannot recommend the vendor as a result of their pricing."

"Excellent service, warm, friendly and most of all honest. I highly recommend his service."

"Repair Central Air Conditioning System: He was very polite."

"Date: 01/28/19 Task: Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures - Install or Repair I have hired the Blatons for last June to replace the heat pump system. I have peace of mind program. Once a year, the technician came out to check all my electric and plumbing service. It is no cost but it will cost the ONLY something they find it wrong. The Blanton Techs are excellent services, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! I have been a Blantonscustomer for first years. Blantons Staff have always been impressed with their service and workmanship, but this was my first experience with their HVAC Technician, John A. was very pleased with honor customer service."

"My AC unit went out on the weekend. 90+ degrees weather. I contacted him. He asked a few questions, quote his initial price, came out. Check the unit . Made his repair. Gave me a few tips and I was cool again. He's easy to talk to."

"Benny Henry has exceptional knowledgeable of the job performance. He kept me informed with the details of his service. I was notified of the pros and cons of the condition of my system. He highly treated me and my house with upmost respect I will put in a request for his service again on my central heat and air."

"Terry Oxendine showed up both times on time to fix my HVAC system, and he was friendly and told me step-by-step what he was doing to repair my system. He took pictures underneath my house so I saw the work he did to test my system for leaks. He is a professional technician and I would recommend him to anyone, especially an elderly person like myself who doesn't understand HVAC repairs. He is honest and told me that I didn't need a $2,000 repair job like another company locally here told me. I would hire him again and I definitely will hire him next year when I need a service!!!"

"Josh and his team took absolute care of my HVAC issues and, at my request since they were already there, even added freon. They explained all things referencing my repair and provided me with excellent advice on maintaining my system. Their prices are quite reasonable and affordable. These guys will be my go to guys from now on for ALL my HVAC services. Thank you, ServTechs."
