"I called Mr. McKinney and spoke with him immediately. He asked where I lived and told me he was close by, would be there within the hour. He arrived at my house in less then 30 minutes. Accessed the problem within 15 minutes of being at my house, actually had a motor for my fan in his van. I also need to tell you that my ac in it is probably 30 yrs old or older. I was totally surprised that he had a motor that would fit my old unit. Gave me the price for fixing it, which was very reasonable compared with other companies , and had my unit up an running within the hour. I also need to tell you that the temperature that day was in the high 90's and climbing. Since that day, my brother that lives next door has used Mr. McKinney twice for an ac problem. "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
