Lisa, the Finance Manager, let us know what to expect and provided documentation to our insurer. Materials were delivered the day prior to the start of the project. The next day the team of roofers laid out a protective tarp surrounding our property and began working. The Production Manager, Fernando, introduced himself, and provided a business card which included his mobile number. The project was concluded in an efficient manner and the cleanup of debris was thorough. Workmanship is guaranteed and the new roof looks great!"
