"After having a water leak upstairs that caused significant damage, we used Restoration Solutions by Elite and we cannot be more satisfied with their services! Throughout this entire project, Sam was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. When we called them, Sam immediately showed up to our house and assessed the damage. After retaining their services, they immediately began water mitigation and restoration solutions. Sam also helped us navigate the home claim process. After our insurance gave us incorrect information about sending payments, it was Sam’s intervention that ultimately resulted in the insurance company paying the claim. Additionally, Sam’s entire team was extremely efficient and professional. Due to the widespread damage caused by the water we had to have dry wall cut and replaced, flooring replaced, doors/trim and baseboards replaced and all the affected areas had to be re-painted. Everyone that worked on these various jobs did an incredible job!"

"I personally worked with Kenneth Barrett on multiple jobs for the Fire Department and he has done a outstanding job. Honestly, integrity and upmost quality im everything he does. I will continue using him for all of my maintenance needs and have built a great relationship."

"Very responsive. Great team! They are professional and helpful. They will walk you through the whole process. Highly recommend!"

"The job was thorough and all soiled/stained spots were removed. I was fully informed during the entire process. I will definitely use this company again! 5 Stars well earned!"

"This company moved on this project pretty quick. No stopping to go work on another project. Finished the room earlier than expected. The only negative I have is that the workers were very messy ( no care for the yard ) and two young workers in training. However, I am pleased with the room"

"After the July 4 floods in 2025, Nathan and his crew immediately began working to get the water out and start the remodeling process. He worked with my insurance company and his wife even helped us with the new furniture since everything in the office had to be thrown away. They were amazing!"

"Honestly I had a great experience with this company. We had a really bad water heater leak and when they came out they helped calm things down and see what kind of options we had available to us. They helped us go through the insurance process and it was very easy with them."
