Jesse installed 2 window air conditioners and also went to the store to pick one up for me since I couldn't. He did an excellent, thorough job. He was on time and a very nice man. "Prompt, professional, useful consultation.  No 3D designs provided because person who worked on them had left the company - more my fault because I delayed in contacting the vendor (ordered Big Deal in January when I was out of town, didn't call until September).  Big Deal may have technically been expired at that point, and just the consult alone was worth the $49 anyway.
If I decide to go forward, I will definitely call this vendor back.

"Overall satisfied with the work.
Drywall/Paint work was good.  They purchased all the material needed for the work. Pricing was based on Labor/Material. 
Bathroom tiles near vanity/mirror/behind toilet: The finish could have been a little better but the space was a bit cramped so I can understand. 
They helped fix a few additional things that were not in our agreement for free. For example, towards the end of the contracted work we noticed water leaking from another bathroom tub. Aziz applied some grout free of charge. A few days later, we realized that the water leak issue in the tub wasn't fixed so we called Aziz and he came over within a day or two and refinished the tiles. We have not noticed any leaks since then. Aziz also installed a few laminate tiles in the closet free of charge.
He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and was available to start work within a short period. Work was completed over 3 days (as per plan). He was also responsive for small followup work that we needed."

"Paul gives you real bang for your buck because he is a designer AND a general contractor. He really listened to how we intended to use the space, our lifestyle and our needs and worked with us until the design was just right. He had some challenges to face in a house built in 1901 but solved them all. He even figured out to put a hidden storage facility behind a wall in the bathroom - ensuring functionality while not affecting the design of the bathroom. And he constructed a door out of our original beam that everyone asks about when they come visit - such a beautiful conversation starter. We love our space and use it every single day. "After hurricane sandy in 2012 a lot of people in Brooklyn and  Long Island got flooded a lot of home owners received flood damages or  lost their property due to Hurricane Sandy... I am living on Cony Island Seagate  area at that time I was home with my Family and how a remember the water came up to my house and flooded my basement and first floor of my house... I was very scared and desperate.... We basically lost everything at the first and basement floor...
We have received some help from FEMA like every homeowner in that area  but the rest was huge loss from our pockets...
We found structureline based on recommendations and we started to do renovation...Nicholas the General Manager helped us out to apply for a small loan so we could begin the  renovation...We needed to do a complete  house renovation ....
They took off the walls  in the basement and 1st floor, they did mold disinfection, replaced all drywall's, wiring, boiler, windows, doors, siding etc..
They did remodeling on the master bathroom from the first floor and kitchen, they did a wonderful job...We love their new engineered Hardwood floor and the new design of the bathroom with the big bathtub and shower cabinet ... The price we spend ed was a little higher than we were   expected because we did some design work in the living room and Kitchen but for sure it worth it....If Someone will ask me for a recommendation for sure I will recommend Structureline because they helped me out at that time ....Thanks"
