"Dennis was great to work with right from the first phone call. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to reasonably plan out and install a new TV and system that made sense for our family needs. He is very patient and detail oriented, and explained everything along the way. He was happy to help with any follow up questions we had after installation. He and his staff were very professional throughout the entire process. We highly recommend!"

"Fantastic service. Would highly recommend"

"This provider, Melvin from All City was one of the nicest and most accommodating vendors I have ever worked with. The offer was for a tilting tv mount. I wrote All City and asked if it was possible to get a full motion tv mount. They immediately wrote back and said absolutely but it would be a little extra which I expected as the bracket costs more. Scheduling was very easy and immediate, only like 3 days after I bought the service.

Most importantly, apparently my old New York City address was in the Angies list system and Melvin texted me on the day of the appointment, near the time of the appointment that he was close to my building. Well I knew this didn't sound right as I don't live in a building anymore but rather in a house 40 minutes away from NyC without traffic in Westchester. When I contacted Melvin he couldn't have been nicer or more understanding of the mistake (not sure if it was mine or Angies List but certainly wasn't his) and said no problem he would get in his car and head up to the house now. Anyone who knows NY City and traffic, let alone the extra gas and tolls and time, would understand if Melvin said sorry I can't do today or have to reschedule or have to charge extra now or have to refund altogether but he answered with the easiest going "no problem mistakes happen" and headed right up to Westchester to my house.

Once at my house he found that the install may require an extension cord to run through the wall. I wasn't home but he called me and asked if I had one. I wasn't sure and directed him to where one might be, but in the interim he offered that "not to worry," if I didn't have an extension cord he would run out to a local store and get it for me to complete the install (ends up I had one that he found). People in general don't go out of there way like this, and I greatly appreciated it.

After the install he texted me a picture of the completed job and stated that if I wasn't completely satisfied he would be happy to come back and fix or reposition anything. None of which is needed as the installation was perfectly positioned and professionally installed. If you have the need, I highly recommend Melvin from All City!

"Island Smart Homes was recommended to me so I contacted Ed and advised him of the surveillance service I required. Ed arrived at the appointed time and made an assessment of what was needed, explained what and how he would do it, advised me of the materials he would use and the cost of the work involved. On installation day, Ed arrived on time, diligently and cleanly installed the system, instructed me on the system and how to use it. Since I am not technically savvy, he patiently instructed me of the system's function. Every new system comes with small glitches but Ed was on call and promptly arrived to resolve them. I heartily and sincerely recommend Ed at Island Smart Homes for his professionalism, knowledge and follow-up care."

"Worked, tech couldn’t get remote to work. I believe this was supposed to be included"

"I couldn't make a connection with them and they were very uncooperative.  I think what happened was they couldn't schedule me until way down the road and I had a problem that I had to have resolved.  It was one of those things where they got too many responses and they were all booked up.  I had to use somebody else and never got back with them.  They couldn't accommodate a reasonable time frame."

"Excellent. Prompt, great price, great quality on a tricky job replacing an old system."

"Dennis along with helpers from the Church, Igor and Mike, have done a wonderfull job. They worked hard to get it all done in one day.
When they system was creating issues, since the amplifier we used was not a new one, Dennis and Mike have made some adjustments
and fixed the problem. I am thankfull for this installation it certainly helps our liturgies to be more powerful now.

"The original instal went good since was new home construction. They were rushed by home builder to complete task. Basically 3 day install into 2 days. Came back to residence once home was complete to check system for any issues. Have come back twice with minor issues that they corrected on a timely manner. I will say one thing. Purchase What you can afford. If you want high end stuff then be expected to pay. Don’t pay little and expect the best. Compare apples to apples. I choose them and got What I paid for. I feel comfortable that my system for several years will be state of the art."
