"We contacted Berardi Electricals through Angi, and Leo reached out to us right away.Leo came to our house within an hour, quickly identified the issue as water damage to the main electrical box, and explained that it was an emergency situation. He returned the following week, exactly as discussed, despite bad weather, and efficiently moved the box, repaired the wiring, and provided temporary electricity until the next day. His work was exceptionally clean, efficient, and thorough, and he took the time to give us the right advice, possibly saving us from an electrical fire. We found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and true to his word. We would highly recommend Berardi Electricals to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical work."

"They contacted me very quickly. I requested a quote late at night and they called me at 10am the next day and they had a licensed plumber at my home within an hour of calling me. He was excellent, fixed the toilet bowl in 45 minutes and charged me $250. He was clean, professional and fast. I would recommend this company! I also contracted with them to repair my shower head and install a new bathroom sink. Everything was fully explained to me about the toilet and also what I needed to get for them to fix the shower and the sink. They will be back on Monday 9/28 (today is Saturday 9/26) to fix the shower. It will cost $275.00 + tax and I had to get the shower head. Not a problem, they told me exactly what to get. I had to order the vanity top, faucet and sink anyway so as soon as that is all delivered around mid-October they will return to fix the sink. Installation fee for the sink will run $975.00 +tax, and they are supplying the pipes under the sink, which all need to be replaced. They told me it will take around 5 hrs to install the sink. As this is in the future, I will leave a second review to report how things went, but I am very optimistic that things will go well judging by how they went today."

"Mark came to me from a friends recommendation for their water heater replacement and they were correct. Was a perfect experience. He came and was probably a little surprised by having to do a little extra work than expected but came through regardless in all aspects. A++"

"I've been using Central Suffolk Mechanical for my AC and heating maintenance for a number of years at 2 houses in Suffering lol County. Work is always performed professionally and timely. "Braido is a nice family run company.  I had the original 25 year old furnace and AC. I has the last house on the block to replace them.  Needed to get it done before winter.  They showed up the day I called for an estimate, took measurements, checked old system and discussed in detail my options for a replacement system.   No pressure to sell me the best as we will down size in a few years. A few days later quotes for two systems arrived. I was able to scheduled an installation that fit my schedule.  It was your typical one day job.  Everything went smoothly with the installation, and the old hardware was taken away.  I like this company and recommend them, I give them and A.

"Highly recommend Jim and his apprentice Vinny. Super responsive, very knowledgeable, did an excellent job for us with a gas water heater replacement. Jim was exactly on time, very efficient, and finished the job perfectly. Great value for money as well, would not hesitate to use A Touch of Class again."

"Ken did an outstanding job installing our new furnace and chimney liner. Ken had previously done several smaller plumbing jobs for us, giving us great confidence that he?d do a great job installing our new furnace and liner. He didn?t disappoint us. You can tell that Ken takes great pride in his work, and we felt that at every turn, he went above and beyond for us. He carefully thought out what needed to be done, and he patiently explained his plan to us. Ken worked well into the evening to get our heat on as soon as possible. He kept us up-to-date on the progress, and when the installation was complete, he took the time to explain how the new system works. Ken is a pro. He is personable, knowledgeable, hardworking, even-tempered, responsive, and dependable. We will continue working with Ken, and without any reservation we highly recommend him.

"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."
