I was told my system wasn?t worth fixing and that repairs would cost thousands with no guarantee. When I asked about less expensive options, they claimed only one other system existed and it was barely cheaper. They said the Lennox system was my ?best value,? even though other licensed contractors had already quoted me similar systems for much less. After back-and-forth calls with a ?manager,? they finally agreed to match a prior quote around $18,700, including a full Lennox setup with UV light, filtration, and new refrigerant line sets.
