They scheduled me for the same day. Juan arrived 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a couple of hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. "Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"HORRIBLE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My property management company called them to come out and fix a dripping shower head. TOOK 2 WEEKS OF "PHONE TAG" JUST TO SCHEDULE THEM TO COME OUT. Once they came out, they told me the water line, shower head, shower hose were old and needed flushed to stop dripping. Showed me how to do it. Then they wrote the invoice and said "nothing wrong, couldn't find the problem," so I got charged by my property management company who said Royal Plumbing didn't tell them the same thing they told me. I called Royal Plumbing 3 TIMES IN A WEEK AND A HALF (a month ago) and they never bothered to return my call. I was polite and requested a call back each time in order to straighten out the invoice to reflect what I was told. ONCE THEY HAD THEIR MONEY THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ONE PHONE CALL BACK TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THEIR INCORRECT INVOICE. I have NEVER had a Flagstaff company just IGNORE phone messages and never give the courtesy of a call back. If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I would. The only thing "Royal" about them is they are a "ROYAL PAIN IN THE A**" CALL ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This one clearly DOES NOT. I don't care if you can fix something or not, if you cannot treat people right YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! I am writing this review after over a month and a half of NO RESOLUTION."

"It was a great experience. We had to make sure and prepare for the right amount of time for the project to be done but Jerry and his team were incredible. The work was top notch and Jerry’s OCD made sure my TVs were hung to perfection as well as all of our wall speakers and in door golf simulator. Jerry also helped us source great deals for the equipment which really helped and his rates were very fair! We did not want to go too cheap on work like this in our home and Jerry kept his word.
