"I hired Big Ike’s to repair a roof leak. The worker they assigned to the job was either late or didn't show up to the scheduled appointments, except for the initial estimate, of course. This person also texted and called me at 1:30 AM which was highly unprofessional. The person finally came out to repair the roof but a week later the same spot was still leaking the same as it was prior to them coming out. I reported it to the person assigned to the job and did not receive a response until I made several contacts. They scheduled a time to come out again and completely blew me off. I contacted the manager to voice my frustrations and sent her all of the communications showing the unprofessional behavior. She apologized profusely and said they would send someone else out, as I requested not to have the same person return. AGAIN I had to follow up to get something scheduled and the day they were supposed to come out I received a call that they would be late and ultimately that they would need to reschedule. The new guy said he would bring a several materials to attempt to fix the problem and that he would definitely be out the next day. The next day comes and goes and no one showed up. Finally after another call to the manager, someone shows up at my house at 7 PM and it ended up being the original guy they sent to do the job! He went on the roof for less than 20 minutes and threw more caulk on and then left. I contacted the manager again to express my dissatisfaction but received no response. At that point I took to the internet to share my experience with this company. A few days later I was contacted by the owner who said he was going to come out and review the work. The owner came out on the date and time that he committed to and it seems as though the leak is now repaired which I am glad about, but unfortunately one (or two) employees made this a very painful experience."

"Amazing job!! We were really in a crunch & Michael went out of his way to help us get the job done in a really short amount of time. It looks spectacular! He did some custom edging that looks great! Nice straight lines, beautiful grout job. Michael & his crew kept the site super clean while they were working on it - even brought their own vaccumn! Took the time to listen to us and when we ran out of tile, didn't even complain about having to re-do a couple of runs of tile. Incredibly industrious. On time. Polite. They will be our go-to tilers from now on. Michael also does masonry and we are going to hire them to do some tuckpointing, as well as facing some pillars and a list of items at my In Laws as well. Super impressed & that's really hard to do!! Thank you SO much for getting us out of a tight spot, Michael!"

"My experience with Flame Furnace today was excellent. Had an air duct cleaning company out today and after their job was done, the furnace would not work. The home temp was down to 52 degrees. Called Flame and they sent out Brad, who was absolutely awesome. He did a diagnostic evaluation and determined it was a loose wire, most likely due to the air duct vacuums and hoses. Anyway, he reattached the wire and the furnace is back up and running fine. Thank you, Flame Furnace for your quick response and sending out such a capable and professional employee. "
