"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"The only negative is their estimate on how long it takes to install a new system properly. It is more time consuming than the instructions indicate. Nevertheless the equipment is fine, service superior and I would not even consider going with any other security system. We can monitor, arm & disarm, and keep track of events on both sites from one online site. This can be accessed from a computer, iPhone or iPad."

"Amazing system! Did a lot of research on alarm systems....so glad I went with 1st security! They came to my house and explained everything to me, were not pushy at all. Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. And the price is excellent, both the installation fee and the month to month. So happy with my decision."

"Wired Alarm was wondeful. The prices were reasonable. Their service was very good. The installation was neat and clean. I don't think I could have found anyone better to do the job."

"It took them two days buy they got the job done. They problem with the company were the repair people, even though they had problems. They did come through for me. So, I'm happy about that."

"CW got back to us right away and made an appointment to review the work and give us a bid. He was very nice and looked thoroughly over each area before giving and estimate. He was unsure about what was wrong with out toilet and said once he took it off, it may be a bigger job, or simply the bolts. He made sure we understood that this may end up being an expensive repair. We scheduled a time for him to come and he was very prompt. He completed all work that afternoon. He was very neat and very pleasant to talk to."

"I have had that service for 3 or 4 months. There were several robberies in this area and that is why I got it. They are competitive. It was one of those deals where I got it for free and then I pay for the monthly service. It is a two or three year contract. They call the police if someone sets off one of the sensors. If I do not get to the alarm in time, they will call me. I have had a couple of times where my grandson set the alarm and I went into the garage and did not hear it go off and the next thing that I knew the police were there. There is a $25 fine for those. It has nothing to do with the alarm company. If the city gets called out 3 times, the first time is $25, second time is $45, the third time is an additional $45, and they evaluate the system. That has not happened yet. I have been happy with them. It runs strictly by cell phone. They are right on it when that alarm goes off. They sent it to me and it had all of the parts and then I installed it and it is fairly simple to do.

"i had several fixtures installed and some complicated wiring done and was very pleased with the work. rob was the electrician sent and he did some complicated fish wire work in a over 100 degree attic crawlspace and installed and removed junction boxes and a messy electric timing system. he was intutitive as to what we wanted done making it a pleasure to have him working at our home. manchester electric rates seem to be equal to other contractors in the area but if they have more workers like rob they are far above the others."
