I had an old cedar chest that was in my mother's family for years and was in pretty rough shape. Rick refinished the lid, touched up the rest of it, put new lacquer over all of it, and it is gorgeous! I was so pleased and he did all of this in about one week. "The big deal form Furniture Medic by Cinti Furniture Restoration worked out okay. They were pretty responsive coming out through the estimate but I since broke the chair again. I didn't use it for a while. The total bill was a lot higher than the big deal and it was down payment. We had several things repaired and refinished. They came out and got the furniture and bring it to their place to restore it. They took everything. I would say based on the cost the quality was okay. This is the first I have had furniture refinished and I thought the price was on the high side. The price would be 'B' but the service was pretty much 'A' with the lady who did the estimates and everything. I had a pretty good experience with them. I don't do this very often so I was a little shocked by the total but that was it. I think I will call them back to see if they can do the repeat on the chair."

"I met the owner Randy after some research on Angie's list and am I ever glad that I did!  When it comes to chair repair,  THIS GUY NAILS IT!! (pun intended). <br>I took in my mother-in-law's antique rocker that she had used to rock all 10 of her children.  We decided to bring it out of the chair graveyard in her basement and try to bring it back to life. This chair was in really bad shape from one of the rockers snapped of at the mid point, to the bent wood backer support broken off at the base and detached, and then there were the various splits & voids of pieces in the seat back, and the finish.... not good.  <br>After explaining the history to Randy he said that he felt he could get her repaired and strengthened up so that she would be able to use it again.  And when I explained that part of the history was that she could not afford to have it refinished while she was raising the kids, she painted it black and put some gold flowered stenciling on the head rest.  He said that he would do his best to keep the stenciling,  and I even asked if at all possible we would like to have it for Mother's Day.  He said that normal time on this kind of massive repair was approximately 8 weeks and we were only 6 weeks out to Mother's Day but he would give it his best shot. <br>This guy is a miracle worker!!  SEE PHOTOS OF BEFORE AND AFTER <br>He not only brought this back to life but did it in time for her big day!!!  <br>Randy is an incredible craftsman and concern for customer satisfaction that you rarely find anymore. <br> <br>THANK YOU RANDY!! <br> <br>P.S. - Mother-In-Law cried tears of joy = Life is good <br>"

"We are very pleased with the resurfacing of our dining room floor. I never thought the floor would look this good. It was an eyesore and now it is beautiful. We had never heard of "resurfacing" as opposed to refinishing. We started looking into it when we got an email from one of N-Hance's competitors, Fabulous Floors. We first contacted Fabulous Floors but when they did not seem interested in the job, we looked for someone else and found the N-Hance website. Glad we did! Ours was a small job, an 11x12 foot dining room floor, so they put us on the schedule the same day as another job and that worked out well for all concerned. I won't go into the details of the process, which you can read on their website, but the results were wonderful. The job started at 9 am and was completely finished at 6 pm. There was no dust at all. During the sealing process there was a strong smell which permeated the house, but it dissipated quickly after the polyurethane was applied and cured with the UV light. We were able to walk on the floor as soon as they were done, just as promised. We are so glad we chose to resurface the floor. Why would anyone choose any other process?"

It was an amazing reconstruction and it looks flawless. The desk looks as good as new. They were punctual, informative, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to others."
