"July 2017 OAT +101 (F) -one of my AC units stopped working. I called them at 3:30 P.M. Wed. and they tried to to help me that same day , but of course, with the temps in the 100's they were very busy with other emergencies. They got to me first thing the next day and had my A/C up and running within a few hours. Great service! Great communication! I would definitely recommend them. They will do all my future HVAC work."

"The young plumber Daniel's sent out sold me on a more expensive unit than I would normally buy, based upon the expensive one being a very efficient hybrid. Once it was installed and I had time to read the manual, I discovered that it was not a hybrid. The young plumber was misinformed, not malicious. I called Daniel's and they made it right. Excellent customer service!"
