He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. "The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."

"Owner, Adrian, is very astute and conscientious.  He and his team were exceptionally accommodating throughout their time of working at my home.
It was determined that there was a sewer leak under the home prior to the foundation being lifted.
As the foundation company was digging to set the piers, another leak was revealed concerning the main water line near the garage.  Adrian came quickly and repaired it.
After the lift, Adrian and team came back to pin point the sewer leak.  Thankfully, it was found in the master bath, which was closest to an outside wall.  A tunnel was excavated, plumbing repaired and dirt returned.
While Rapid Rooter was completing work at my home, several additional plumbing concerns developed:
1]  I asked for a camera to be run down the sewer line from the clean-out next to the home...to the street, and down the kitchen clean-out, to check for existing conditions.  Vincent was happy to do so.
2]  CPS had recently come to replace the gas meter outside.  Although the pilot light for the water heater had been reset by CPS,  immediately...I was no longer getting hot water.  I asked Adrian to address the problem, he realized that there must be an air-bubble in the line, and fixed it on the spot.
3]  Another plumbing issue was noticed when a handy-man was doing some work for me and realized that during the construction of an addition years ago, a drain line for the Pressure Relief Valve  for the water heater had not been rerouted properly.  Adrian was shown the problem, he gave me a bid for the work and two days later his company performed it.
