Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Floresville, TX

"Had an AC checkup and cleaning done. They were detailed and showed me before and after pictures."

"The camera did not have locating ability other than length or line and estimated depth."

"The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians, plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"Read where someone had a outside pipe leak and they contacted Big City Plumbing.. and were very satisfied with the work.
Well, thought I might have one also, so I contacted Travis at Big City Plumbing and he was very helpful. Sent two of his people over (Peter and Homer) and they did a quick eval on the area.... turns out I don't have one and they recommended no action. Thing that really impressed me was they did not try to "take me to the cleaners". The did a quick assessment and made their recommendation, rather than charge me for the digging and then tell me I didn't have a problem. Thanks guys. Will definitely use you again when the need arises.

"Legend Plumbing crew was within the time window agreed, laid out the service actions, costs and what plan b would be in plan a did not work before starting. Turns out he was able to unclog the line with about 40 ft of snake line and was no need for further work. Plumber was polity and communicated well. They also cleaning our sewer line. "The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."

"Owner, Adrian, is very astute and conscientious.  He and his team were exceptionally accommodating throughout their time of working at my home.
It was determined that there was a sewer leak under the home prior to the foundation being lifted.
As the foundation company was digging to set the piers, another leak was revealed concerning the main water line near the garage.  Adrian came quickly and repaired it.
After the lift, Adrian and team came back to pin point the sewer leak.  Thankfully, it was found in the master bath, which was closest to an outside wall.  A tunnel was excavated, plumbing repaired and dirt returned.
While Rapid Rooter was completing work at my home, several additional plumbing concerns developed:
1]  I asked for a camera to be run down the sewer line from the clean-out next to the home...to the street, and down the kitchen clean-out, to check for existing conditions.  Vincent was happy to do so.
2]  CPS had recently come to replace the gas meter outside.  Although the pilot light for the water heater had been reset by CPS,  immediately...I was no longer getting hot water.  I asked Adrian to address the problem, he realized that there must be an air-bubble in the line, and fixed it on the spot.
3]  Another plumbing issue was noticed when a handy-man was doing some work for me and realized that during the construction of an addition years ago, a drain line for the Pressure Relief Valve  for the water heater had not been rerouted properly.  Adrian was shown the problem, he gave me a bid for the work and two days later his company performed it.
WOW ... timing could not have been better.  Adrian and all his staff were a treat to work with; professional, respectful, on-the-spot and thorough.  Thank you, Rapid Rooter.

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."
