The installation team, led by Mario, was absolutely excellent. They worked very hard over several hot days up in our attic removing our old AC/HVAC units, installing the new systems, replacing and refreshing alll of our ducts, cleaning the existing ducts, adding a Reme Halo air purifier to each of our new units, updating our thermostats, and setting new drainage lines. They did a professional job on everything, and we are very satisfied with the work by this experienced and dedicated team."

"I called because my dishwasher was draning water back up through one of the sides of my kitchen sink. Listed on their website is free estimates. I scheduled an online appointment for the same day which was very convenient. Time frame given was 12:00pm-2:00pm which was perfect because it was about 10:30 when I booked it. They actually called at 11 and asked if I was available to have someone come out at 1130. I said yes and was very happy with the service so far. The rep arrived and just started working. About half way through the job he said, "I know I didn't give you a price before I started but it's like $150". I was shocked! All he had done was taken a PVC pipe out from under the sink and rinsed it out. It was just a small clog. I said that's a bit much for the work done. He said lowest he could go was $100. He went on about how this usually runs $350. I gave in and paid $100 for a clog to be cleared. I'm upset he didn't tell me what was wrong in the first place and I could have saved some money. Service was great and he did a good job, I mean the sink drains now but I wish he would have gave me an estimate as advertised on their website. <br />"

It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."
