"Gary did a great job installing a replacement, gas water heater that we had already purchased from Home Depot.  We've used Johnson for plumbing for several years and have always been pleased with the results.  Biggest challenge is scheduling as they are usually pretty busy/in high demand so I guess I could give them a B in responsiveness but the office staff is always very responsive and apologetic if they can't get us on the schedule so it stays with an A.  Good folks who do good work. <br />"

They sent out Ryan and Darryl to do the job. The guys were prompt and and covered my carpet to keep things clean. The job was done well and passed inspection with flying colors! "Amazing service! I had a great experience working with Dwayne James from Olson Plumbing and Heating in Colorado Springs. I had a water line bust in my basement. I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. Anyone would be hard to find a better plumber or plumbing business. A first-class job. Highly recommend!"

"We had previously used them for service earlier in October. They came out to rearrange some pipes under our counter. We called them again thinking maybe the leak was connected. The tech was prompt and timely, they have always been timely. He checked all around and fixed what we needed and didn't even charge me. He wasn't here long and it was an easy fix. "The sweeps did an excellent job getting the fireplaces cleaned and explaining the issue with our gas log. We opted to cap off the gas line for now, so they didn't do the repair, yet, but we will call them when we're ready to get it working again. My only negative critique is that the sweeps did not use shoe covers and one of their vacuums left dust. Not a lot, but we had just had the carpets cleaned, so I am especially sensitive to the dust."

We had our pipes freeze last night, & when I called them today, they prioritized us & were here within a matter of a few hours! Plus, we had running water and no leaks with a half an hour!
