"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

"Dan and his Dylan were phenomenal. I contacted Dan a few weeks ago when I noticed the blower fan on one outdoor AC unit was not working. Dan was booked out for a few weeks for regular maintenance service calls (and now I can I understand why he's in high demand). I did not need urgent service since the weather was fair and I had another AC unit to hold us over. Dan was able to special order a new motor ahead of our appointment and bring it with him. Besides being very friendly, and of course, punctual and professional, he was very easy to work with when discussing overall HVAC concerns in my home that we recently moved into. After repairing the fan motor for a great price, they also did an above-and-beyond cleaning+fixups on the indoor and outdoor units. Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with their service and will have them back in the fall for winter readiness and potentially to rework some ducts (my idea, not his)....and I hope for many years to come! He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation.
