"The tankless water heater in the hotel we manage went down on July 3 2024. We have a wedding party coming in on July 5. All the plumbers near us either don't service our town or were not working because of the Holiday. Our small town of LaPorte does not have a population big enough to support a full time plumber. Vincent returned on July 4th, yes on a holiday, and completed the Job. Vincent's work is clean and he took the time to explain about the new tankless water heater and answered our question.
