"Chase, our Elevate service technician discovered a dangerous DIY install on the furnace. He explained everything in detail, repaired the damaged gas line, and prepared the entire air/heat system for winter. Aside from potentially saving our lives, he was kind enough to let me follow him around asking questions so I could learn how it all works. Thank you Chase!"

"I was asking for bids for a company to repair our AC. Wolcott came out, under the pretense of looking over things, and then charged me $97 for the service call. I paid for the service, since the technician did some work. At the end, he gave me a run down of the problems and said he would come back with his supervisor to bid out the rest of the work. I never heard from them again and my AC continues to not work properly. Won't be hiring them again."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"After another company canceled on us, Aviator came out the same day, diagnosed our ductless heat pump, ordered the correct part, and completed the repair the next day. Great communication and outstanding customer service."
