"We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"

He was much more thorough that he could have been to satisfy my needs. I already had a quote for a much higher amount from Supreme Service Today who has been servicing my home for about three years. Suspecting that Supreme Service Today's quote was very high, I turned to Angi to get competitive bids. Since I had a bid at a much more reasonable price from Alan at One Hour Heating and Air, I contacted Supreme Service Today and asked for a price match. They were willing to match the much lower price from One Hour Heating and Air, so I gave the business to the HVAC contractor that I've been working with for a few years. Good deal!
